Phil Reynolds serves as the Immediate Past President of the International Club of Annapolis. A former U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in Thailand (1963-65), he earned a Master’s in Public Administration from Indiana University. With over 35 years as a UN Aid Administrator, he has worked in New York, Vienna, Baghdad, Islamabad, and Tanzania, focusing on democracy and environmental initiatives. In Annapolis, Phil has served on the boards of Community Action, the Conflict Resolution Center, and St. Anne’s School, and he is an experienced mediator for courts, communities, and prisons.
