Frances Fadullon

Frances Fadullon serves as Secretary for the International Club of Annapolis. A chemical engineer by training and an environmental engineer by profession, Frances brings a wealth of expertise and a global perspective shaped by her multicultural upbringing in the Caribbean and Puerto Rico. She is an active community member, having worked with the Sea Scout Ship in Annapolis, the Future Business Leaders of America at Annapolis High School, and the USNA Maryland Parents Club. Passionate about languages, sailing, and the ocean, Frances is always exploring ways to connect her diverse interests.
