2) When you have joined the meeting
Choose “allow”
You may also be requested to “allow” video or audio applications on your device.
Then, wait for the host (Ernie Tucker) to bring you into the meeting.
15 minutes before event — you can speak and be seen.
You have the option of turning off your video camera
(at the bottom of the Zoom page)
Event time — the host will mute all microphones except those of the speakers.
We encourage you to use the “Chat” option during the meeting to post your
questions to the Ambassador.
